Hollow Tree

So while out and about this past week some people asked about my last ‘cryptic’ post… which was weird, people read this thing then eh?

Oh yeah, it’s the Internet… you can’t give too much away.

ANYWAY. Things and stuff of little to no importance are as follows,

- The North Pole had a rather fantastic practice on Saturday, it went really well, recordings were made, we were stoked. We’re playing our first show soon on the 25th of May… it’s an all-dayer or something at the Hobgoblin (naturally) more details SOON.

- Sweetshop Syndicate issue 3 is nearly completed! After a 2 year sabbatical, we’re back! Chris and I have finally got it together and bar a few more things to layout it’s there… I’ve been putting it all together over this weekend. It’s a beast too, (possibly due to going back to analogue methods of cutting and pasting) it’s going to be PACKED with tales and stories to entertain. It will definitely be making an appearance at this year’s Zine Symposium, if not before. whoop.

- Hot Damn had an awesome show at the Cross Kings on Thursday… It was especially good for me as loads of my friends came out that never see enough of, in fact I was touched that so many made the effort to come out. I have very good friends. yes.

- The Beat Express EP, ‘Rockstars’ is back from the printers… I’ll be taking a load with me to sell on the Steal shows with Against Me! they’re £4. By buying this not only are you purchasing some fine, fine music but also you’ll be helping fund them as a band personally, which i’m probably going to post seperately about soon, but i believe it’s very important for them to exist. Heavy.

- The Amateur Science Club is taking it’s annual trip tomorrow… Munich Science Museum here we come!
